SIVAJI GANESAN- the great actor of cinema & drama:

In the climax song of one of his films ‘VASANTHA MALIKAI’ ( name of the great mansion he builds for his married life with his lover) Sivaji sings dejectedly in Tamil “yarukkakka, ithu yaarukkaka” meaning for whom ( have i built this mansion – a misunderstanding crops up between him and his lover).
Promptly came the echo in Hindi-Tamil- “pyaru-kkaka” ( for love).
Sivaji felt much relieved.
Sure of losing his lover Sivaji consumes poison in the end. While in Kerala theaters he dies, in Tamilnadu he is taken to a hospital and lives to unite with his love. The film ran for 750 days in Tamilnadu.
