The curious case of Justice. Swathanthar Kumar:

Well another molestation case against another Supreme Court Judge.
i have a grievance against this Judge for one of his verdicts. i reproduce a part of my article written earlier:

A story from wind
Far from Delhi, near to Bombay
In Pune
A youth goes to a home, of course
To rob.
The gold being fake
Enraged
Chops off the fingers of a sixty five year old woman,
Follows with twenty one stabs and kills her
Then rapes her pregnant grand daughter-in-law
And stabs her only nineteen times.
The young woman avoids her belly
Whilst taking the stabs: to save her child.
Job done the youth leaves
One mistake, the young woman was alive.
The youth given the noose
Goes to the Supreme Judiciary
Next only to God.
The mighty Authority intervenes
And saves him from the noose
As he smelt alcohol then,
Hence can be reformed.
Also good conduct in jail saved his life
Kangaroos brought from Australia, in black coats
Surprisingly alcohol is not hanged
Or the sellers booked
Given swathanthar (freedom) from death.
Blame it on alcohol.

ii had not earlier mentioned the name of the Judge who gave this verdict due to fear of contempt of court. Courts can give any punishment for contempt except death.

Now to the present case. This does not seem to be a made up case.
Let us see the verdict in the Pune case.
The Judge sees women as play things and he will always side with molesters.
What should the non elite ordinary citizens of India do against this injustice?
Were Judges given immunity for such things?
Will the Supreme Court wash its hand once again?
